Corn Crisped Chicken
Corn Crisped Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. kellogg's cornflakes crumbs, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 3 lb. frying chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wash and dry chicken pieces.
Crush cornflakes in fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with salt and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in milk, then roll in seasoned crumbs.
Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in single layer in foil-lined pan.
Do not crowd.
Drizzle with melted margarine or butter.
Bake in 350Β° oven about 1 hour.
No need to turn chicken while cooking.
