Corn Creole
Corn Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper, 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained and 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, cut up, with liquid, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine in a 1 1/2-quart pot.
Add onion and green pepper.
Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well and stir over medium heat for 5 more minutes.
