Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes, 2 c. water, 1 c. diced celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 bay leaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place all ingredients, except the last three, in a large kettle and simmer over low heat until potatoes are almost done.
Stir in corn and continue simmering for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add milk to desired consistency.
Turn heat off and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
