Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 strips bacon, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. cut up swiss cheese, 2 (16 oz. each) cans cream-style corn and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain.
Cool and crumble.
Pour out all but 2 tablespoons of the drippings and saute onion. Cut cheese into small pieces.
Combine corn, cheese, bacon, onion, beaten eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with a little more chili powder.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
