Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, 2 c. canned whole corn, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onion and pepper in butter until transparent and then place in casserole dish.
Add corn, salt and sour cream; mix thoroughly.
Cook in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
(Cream must not boil.)
Sprinkle very crisp bacon over top of casserole when ready to serve.
