Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 bacon slices, browned and crumbled, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. plain flour and 2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour and salt to the butter and onions. Gradually add sour cream to the mixture.
Stir until smooth and bubbly. Add corn and heat thoroughly.
Fold in 1/2 of bacon crumbles. Put corn mixture into a 2-quart greased casserole dish. Top with remaining bacon.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
