Made with 1 c. whole corn kernels (small can), 1 c. cream-style corn (small can), 3/4 c. plain or vanilla yogurt, 1 egg and 1 box corn muffin mix (jiffy), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In microwave oven (cover dish and vent), in a 1 1/2-quart glass dish, melt butter.
Mix well all remaining ingredients and cook on High 2 minutes.
Rotate dish and cook on Medium (70%) for 10 minutes, or until firm.
