Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cube margarine, 1 lb. can creamed corn, drained or 2 c. frozen corn, 1/2 c. corn meal, 2 beaten eggs (large) and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine in 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour into casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.
