Corn Casserole
Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon (may use less), 1/4 c. minced onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 2 cans cream-style corn and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook bacon; break up and set aside.
Saute onion and green pepper until tender in a little butter or margarine.
Stir in the corn and bacon.
Spoon into a 1-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
