Corn Cake
Corn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 tender ears corn, 2 c. milk, 2 spoons flour or cornstarch, 4 eggs, beaten and 1 bar butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir corn kernels from cob and puree.
Add enough milk to obtain a soft mixture, then add beaten eggs.
Fold in sifted flour with salt.
Add melted butter and sugar last.
Turn into greased pan and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes until golden or inserted cake tester comes out clean.
Let cool and cut into pieces.
