Corn Bread Salad
Corn Bread Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) jiffy corn bread mix, 1 egg, 1/3 c. milk, 4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped and 1 red onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix first 3 ingredients and bake as directed on box.
Combine tomatoes, onion, sweet pickle relish and bacon.
Begin with a layer of veggies, then a layer of crumbled corn bread.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Mix mayonnaise, dill pickle and juice. Pour over salad before serving.
Makes a large bowl of salad.
