Mix self-rising cornmeal, plain cornmeal and sugar; add boiling water and mix well.
Beat eggs and milk.
Pour into cornmeal mixture.
Stir well.
In 10-inch frying pan or baking dish, melt margarine.
Pour batter into pan.
Scoop margarine over the top of batter.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 to 30 minutes until nice and brown.
