Corn and Sausage Casserole
Corn And Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (17 oz.) cans cream-style corn, 1/4 c. chopped green peppers, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1 1/2 c. coarsely broken crackers and 1 c. undiluted carnation milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine corn, green peppers and onions.
Place half of the mixture in bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2-inch buttered baking dish. Sprinkle crackers over corn. Add remaining corn.
Top with 3/4 cup broken crackers.
Mix milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over corn mixture.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Brown the sausage links. Serve on top of baked corn.
