Cook rice according to package direction.
Cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender but not brown; stir into rice with corn, eggs, milk and salt.
Turn into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake covered at 375Β° until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs and paprika around edge.
Bake uncovered about 5 minutes longer.
