Cooked Rice
Cooked Rice is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with qt. long grain rice, cooked, c. carrot, diced, . soy sauce, eggs, beaten with 2 tbsp. water and c. green onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute carrot and peas in hot oil in a skillet for 3 minutes. Add rice, soy sauce and pepper.
Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside and keep warm.
Pour egg mixture in hot oil in a skillet to make thin egg pancake over medium heat. Remove to cutting board.
Cut egg pancake into thin strips.
Add to rice; mix well.
Sprinkle with green onion over fried rice. Serves 4 to 6.
