Congo Bars
Congo Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. oleo, 2 c. brown sugar, 3 eggs, 2 2/3 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt oleo with brown sugar so sugar melts.
Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs one at a time and then other ingredients.
Mix well.
Put in greased 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes until bars are lite golden color.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar when bars are cooled.
