Congo Bars

Combine light brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in large bowl with mixer.
Add 1 cup flour and 1 tablespoon milk; mix thoroughly.
Add remaining flour and milk; mix well.
Fold in chips and nuts.
Bake in a greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch) at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
