Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans del monte fruit naturals (this fruit can be substituted with many variations), 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 small or large pkg. flavored gelatin, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Adobe from the Philippines is made from whatever you can get. I prefer to believe that the first that I had was made from monkey.
Into a crock-pot, put cup vinegar, 1/2 cup coconut, lime slices, browned chicken and/or pork, sliced sweet potatoes or rutabaga, onions, peppers, celery and etc.
Low heat all day. Serve with rice.
Better than it sounds.
