Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. lemon jello, 1 can eagle brand condensed milk, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water; add condensed milk and beat.
Add 1 cup mayonnaise and beat again.
Add salt, cheese, pineapple, cherries and nuts.
Pour into 9 x 12-inch casserole type dish.
