Confetti Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. medium bows pasta (uncooked), 3/4 c. bottled italian dressing, 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook bows according to package directions; drain.
Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
In large bowl, combine dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Add cooked bows and remaining ingredients; toss lightly until pasta and vegetables are evenly coated.
Chill.
