Coney Island Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. water, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, finely minced and 8 oz. can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat slowly, but thoroughly, breaking with fork until very fine.
Add other ingredients and simmer over low heat until well blended (10 minutes).
