Company Potatoes
A creamy hash-brown potato bake bound by sour cream and cream of chicken soup, topped with crushed corn flakes. The funeral-potatoes classic.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Saute onion in butter until transparent.
Add cream of chicken soup, potatoes and sour cream.
Mix well.
Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Add topping: Put on Cheddar cheese; on top of cheese, spread corn flakes.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
