Company Ham Bake
Company Ham Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen brussels sprouts or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, 3 to 4 c. finely cubed ham, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 tsp. wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.
Place in shallow 2 quart baking dish.
Top with ham.
Mix mayonnaise, soup and vinegar.
Pour over ham mixture.
Mix bread crumbs and cheese.
Sprinkle evenly over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until top is browned.
Serves 6.
