Company Chicken
Company Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 boneless chicken breasts, 1 small jar dried beef, 2 (6 oz.)jars sliced mushrooms, 1/4 c. white wine and 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wrap dried beef around breasts and place in buttered baking dish.
Season with scant salt and pepper to taste.
(Dried beef is salty!)
Place drained mushrooms on chicken.
In separate pan, heat together soup, milk and butter.
Add wine and pour over chicken.
Cook uncovered at 300Β° for one hour and 15 minutes.
Add sour cream and artichoke hearts and bake 30 minutes more.
