Company Cauliflower
Company Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cauliflower, 1/4 c. diced green pepper, 2 tbsp. diced pimento, 2 tbsp. margarine and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Separate cauliflower into medium pieces; cook, covered in boiling water, until tender (10 to 15 minutes).
Drain.
Saute green pepper and pimento in margarine; blend in flour.
Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick; add salt, mushroom soup and cheese.
Continue stirring until smooth.
Add cauliflower and mix gently until cauliflower is coated.
Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
