Company Casserole
Company Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. noodles (4 c. cooked), 1 tbsp. butter, coat casserole, 1 lb. ground round (extra lean), 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1/3 c. minced green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles, drain; brown meat, stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat.
Combine cheese, sour cream, onion and pepper. Layer noodles and then cheese, and then another layer of each.
Add butter and then meat mixture.
Chill several hours or make day before.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, uncovered.
