Company Breakfast Casserole
Company Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bread, cubed, 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated, 1 lb. bulk sausage, crumbled, fried and drained, 1/2 c. melted margarine and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place bread cubes in greased oblong baking dish; sprinkle grated cheese over bread.
Sprinkle sausage over cheese and pour margarine over sausage.
Beat eggs with mustard, salt and milk and pour over casserole.
Cover and chill overnight.
Bake, uncovered, in 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until firm.
(Bacon or ham may be used in combination with sausage.)
