Sift together flour and next 4 ingredients; set aside.
In a large size mixing bowl, combine oil and sugar; mix well.
Add half of flour mixture; blend.
Add remaining flour alternately with eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Bake in 3 layers until toothpick comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
