Collard Greens
Collard Greens is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 lb. collards, cut up, 1 c. water, 1 large onion, sliced, 4 tbsp. oil and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pick, clean, wash and cut up greens.
In skillet, put oil and saute onion and garlic.
Put greens in pot on top of sauteed onions and garlic with 1 cup of water.
Cook at moderate heat and add salt to taste.
Cook until done.
Do not burn.
If needs more water, add just enough to keep from burning.
Same can be done with mustard and turnip greens.
