Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large cabbage, 1 green pepper, 1 onion, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice cabbage, green pepper and onion very fine.
Mix the sugar, salt, dry mustard and celery seed in saucepan.
Add oil and vinegar; let mixture come to a boil until sugar dissolves (about 3 minutes).
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
