Cole Slaw
Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 1 medium onion, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Shred cabbage.
Cut pepper and onion and mix with cabbage. Heat to boiling point the vinegar, sugar, oil, honey and salt. Watch when this comes to a boil, it could boil over easily.
Pour hot mixture over slaw.
Cool and refrigerate.
Will keep for two weeks or more.
