Cold Water Chocolate Cake

Mix together and sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa three times.
Make 3 holes in dry ingredients.
In 1 hole, put 1 tablespoon vinegar.
In second hole, put the 6 tablespoons of oil. In third hole, put 1 tablespoon vinegar.
Put cold water over mixture.
Mix. Put in 8 x 8* pan.
Bake at 375Β° until done.
