Cold Oven Pound Cake

Sugar, shortening and salt.
Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and milk alternately.
Grease and flour cake mold. Bake and 20 minutes or longer (I bake 1 1/2 hours). Bake at 325Β° in a cold oven.
Do NOT open oven while cooking.
