Coke Salad Or Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 large can black pitted cherries, 1 pkg. strawberry jello, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 can nuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. π¨βπ³ Instructions
Drain pineapple and cherries and bring their juice to a boil. Add jello and mix well.
Add fruit, cream cheese and nuts; mix well.
Add Cokes last and mix.
Can be served as dessert topped with whipped topping, or as salad on bed of lettuce.
Yields 15 to 20 servings.
