Coffee Soufflé
Coffee Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pt. whipping cream, 15 marshmallows, 1 c. strong coffee, a little vanilla and sugar to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

👨🍳 Instructions
Pour strong coffee over the marshmallows.
Place over double boiler until they melt and mix well.
Let cool.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Fold the cream into the coffee-marshmallow mixture. Put in sherbet glasses.
