Coffee Dessert
Coffee Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. marshmallows, 1 c. strong coffee, 1 pt. whipping cream, 1 small pkg. dates, chopped and 3/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melts marshmallows in double boiler, add hot coffee; blend and set aside to cool.
Cream and fold into cooled mixture, then add cherries, dates and nuts.
Sprinkle generously finely crushed graham cracker crumbs into a large dish, then pour in the mixture, covering top with crumbs and (if desired) chopped nuts.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Serve with cream topped with a cherry.
