Mix 2 cups flour with yeast.

Stir in water, milk, butter, sugar and salt over low heat until butter melts.

Cool 5 minutes and pour over flour-yeast mixture.

Stir; add remaining flour and eggs.

Dough will be stiff.

Knead on floured board until dough is smooth and elastic.

Coat the inside of cans or pan with grease. Divide dough in half.

Place in cans (upright).

Cover with plastic lids (if made into rolls, cover with towel).

Let rise in warm place until dough reaches 1-inch from top of can.

Remove lids.

Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes, until top sounds hollow when tapped and cake tester comes out clean.
