Coconut Pie (No Crust)
Coconut Pie (No Crust) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs well beaten, 2 cups sweet milk, 1 3/4 cups sugar, 7 oz. coconut and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar and margarine; add flour and mix.
Add vanilla and beaten eggs; mix.
Add coconut (I add until mixture is thick, just guess).
Pour into 2 well creased pie platters (I grease mine with margarine).
Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
