Coconut Pie

Mix sugar, flour and salt in heavy saucepan until smooth.
Add milk.
Mix well.
Beat egg yolks; strain and add to mixture.

Mix. Pour into baked pie shells.
Sprinkle with rest of coconut on top of meringue and slowly brown.
