Coconut Pie
Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. flour, 3 c. milk, 5 eggs and 1/4 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sugar and flour; separate eggs.
Add yolks, oleo and salt, cooking in a double boiler until thick.
Add vanilla and coconut.
