Coconut-Pecan Frosting
Coconut-Pecan Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 c. granulated sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla in a saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens (about 12 minutes).
Add about 1 1/3 cups coconut and 1 cup chopped nuts to mixture.
Beat until frosting is cool and thick. Excellent!
