Coconut-Pecan Frosting
Coconut-Pecan Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can small evaporated milk, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten, 1/3 c. butter and 3/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
Remove from heat, add 1 cup coconut and 2/3 cup chopped pecans.
Beat until cool and thick (by hand).
