Combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
Beat egg yolks and combine with 1 cup of milk.
Mix together and cook over low heat or double boiler.
Then add remaining milk and butter.
Cook until very thick.

Pour in 2 cooked pie shells and top with meringue.
