Coconut Macaroons
Coconut Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut, 1/3 c. sugar, 3 tsp. all-purpose flour, 1/3 tsp. salt and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 325Β°.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.
Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until edge of cookies are golden brown. Remove from baking sheet immediately.
Makes about 18 macaroons.
