Coconut Fudge Pie
Coconut Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. german chocolate, 1/2 c. butter, 3 large eggs, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat or in a microwave. Stir until smooth and cool to room temperature.
Beat eggs at high speed until creamy.
Add sugar and beat 1 minute.
At low speed, blend in flour and cooled chocolate mixture and vanilla.
Stir in coconut.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan and bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes.
Cool (pie will settle) and serve with whipped cream.
