Coconut Cream Pie
Coconut Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 4 tbsp. flour, 3 egg yolks and 3 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar and flour.
Add milk and egg yolks.
Beat well.
Cook until it thickens stirring constantly.
Add coconut and bring back to a boil.
Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell. use 3 egg whites to make meringue.
To make meringue, beat egg whites.
When they begin to stiffen add sugar-2 Tbsp. per egg white.
