Coconut Cake Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 c. fresh milk, 1 pkg. frozen coconut, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 5 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix and cook over very low heat until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add coconut.
