Coconut-Black Walnut Cake
Coconut-Black Walnut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 c. oil, 3 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. each: salt, soda and baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix together sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Blend well and add coconut, nuts and coconut extract. Blend well and pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325Β° approximately 65 minutes.
Five minutes before cake is done make following sauce.
