Cocoa Lace Cookies

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Coat baking sheets; set aside.
In medium saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil.
Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Drop mixture by spoonfuls 3 inches apart on baking sheets.
Bake 9 minutes or until cookies are spread thin and are deep brown, but still soft.
Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets.
