Cocoa Fudge
Cocoa Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. cocoa, 3 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine dry ingredients in a heavy 4-quart pan.
Stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil, without stirring, until it reaches 234Β° (soft ball stage).
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Beat until it thickens. Add nuts.
Pour into buttered pan.
(Be careful not to overbeat.)
